Keep your fitness appointment

Happy Monday!  I hope everyone had a great weekend.  I went to visit my best friends to celebrate a very special birthday.  I hadn’t seen them in forever so it was so great.  Sadly, I didn’t get many pictures but I got a few.

This morning Willie and I went to the gym.  I did a workout that he put together for me.  It was pretty good but I’ll let you know how I feel tomorrow.  We were matching and everyone seemed to notice.  Willie is usually bothered by this type of thing, but he wasn’t today.  Must be because I was gone the entire weekend.
