Recipe Roundup: My need for chicken has reached a new level

Hello all!  I hope you know what I’ve been doing: working out, working and watching the Olympics.  There is no surprise there.  I thought today I would do a recipe round of chicken recipes because my need for chicken has gone to all new levels.  It’s the one thing I haven’t steered far from during my pregnancy so I do spend a lot of time looking up delicious recipes to try at home.

At our home, there tends to be an leaning towards an asian profile in our foods. This would be something we would eat on the regular.

Korean Grilled Chicken Breasts

Chicken and dumplings is a great comfort food and having it a healthy way won’t make you feel bad about eating it.

Skillet Chicken and Dumplings

Once again, I might have a think for biscuits and chicken?

Herbed Chicken and Biscuit Bake

This might seem a little more involved but it’s in the crockpot and it’s loaded with all those great nutrients we need to fuel our bodies.

Garlicky Green Crock-Pot Chicken and Lentils {Gluten Free}

One pan meals that only take 20-30 minutes are a must for quick dinners or lunches.

ONE PAN Balsamic Chicken and Veggies

Stir-fry is easy to assemble and usually a crowd pleaser…and a great way to get your veggies in.

A great way to enjoy a fajita. Add some gucamole and call it a party.
