The meal plan hasn’t really been something I’ve been talking about, but we’ve still been cooking it up.  I don’t always eat the meals for dinner, it might pop us as a lunch thing, but at least it gets eaten, right? When I got pregnant my number one craving has been chicken.  I want chicken strips and mashed potatoes (well potatoes of any kind) all the time but those little strips can pack a lot of calories.  And having french fries on the regular isn’t that healthy either.  I’m really trying to stay away from that stuff.  Then I got to thinking about an air fryer. We eat a lot of chicken, turkey and fish in our house. Red meat is limited, Willie eats it but I tend to shy away from it.  Eating lean meats is a huge part of our healthy eating plan. Good morning everyone!  I’m getting back on my workout routine.  I went to Group Power class this morning and I almost died.  Everything is an increased weight factor and it was hard.  But I made it through.
