Willie weight loss update and help me with a meal prep guide

Hey all! I should have gotten this up this morning but I’ve been swamped at work. It’s been pretty trying latey. I wanted to keep everyone updated on Willie’s weight loss journey and ask for a little bit of help.

I don’t want to spoil the Willie’s weight loss update so you’ll have to watch to find that out:

But I am interested in developing a meal prep guide. Is that something you guys would be interested in? What type of things would you like to see in a meal prep guide? This idea won’t go anywhere unless I get some serious input from you. Would you want to meal prep all 3 meals and snacks or just a few meals? What are the biggest challenges you have with meal prep?

I am going to put together a little focus group to test out the guide. These people will have access to exclusive content. I am only looking for 10-15 people so space will be limited. It’s free and hopefully this will do you some good.

Hey all!  Today’s motivation Monday was sparked by a Facebook comment. I ran a race yesterday.
