Eating all natural with Healthy Choice

Last week Willie came home with something new but I didn’t pay much attention to it. Refreshed and recharged after getting my joy stolen

Eggland’s Best Eggs are nutritious

I love eggs! That is one thing I will never be able to deny. There’s nothing like a good omelet to start off the day…or it’s even a great way to end the day. Meal prep and the chicken

Now that I have a little bit of time I’ll continue talking about meal prepping. The biggest question people talk about is what food do I cook that lasts all week. This seems to be an issue with people. I’ve never had food go back in the fridge. I cook on Sunday and I’ll meal prep for all meals until Friday. Is food going bad really a problem? Race Recap: The Gusher Marathon

The Gusher Marathon, Half marathon and 5k is the big race in my hometown and it’s a great race. I take the race for granted because it’s local and it’s not the big travel tada. But that doesn’t take away from the greatness of this race. I was very excited because my mom came out to do the 5k. Plus Missy, Tyson and Emmy came out to run too. Race Recap: The Little Rock Marathon

I running behind on my race recaps. I thought I better get this Little Rock recap up before it’s too late. Once again it was pretty cold in Little Rock! I did the 5K on Saturday and it was 20 degrees outside. All the fountains were frozen over and there were some slick spots on the street. I didn’t get any pictures because it was too cold for that. I haven’t disappeared

Time to catch up

I’ve been out of this week. I’ve been out of touch and haven’t really been living the plan. It’s kind of made me a little chaotic and doing some weird things. Race Recap: The Mercedes-Benz Marathon

I never do race recaps on the same day that I run. Lucky for you I’m sitting in a hotel room by myself watching television. This weekend was Mercedes-Benz Marathon weekend in Birmingham, AL.
