This past weekend I spent it in Savannah, GA at my first blog conference, FitBloggin. I didn’t know what to expect when I arrived. Walgreens Way to Well Tour helped me check …

This past weekend, I was at Fitbloggin in Savannah! There were lots of things for us to try while there. The biggest take away from the weekend was getting my numbers checked at the Walgreens Way to Well truck. Everyone needs to get their numbers checked. The Fitbloggin’ Update

Hello from Fitbloggin in Savannah. It was really rough getting here but I know that it was totally worth all the trouble. My flight was delayed last night so I arrived in Atlanta at 2:10 am and I was tired. Everyone was sleeping in the airport. I couldn’t find a spot but luckily there was a spot left for me. Eating healthy while traveling

This week I’m traveling to Savannah for a conference which got me thinking about traveling. I love to travel. When I close my eyes and picture the future, I see a lot of traveling. Energy bars and working out

It’s summer and it’s getting hot. When summer hits, I suddenly become obsessed with tea and nothing else. Do you like tea? Tomorrow is the first official day of summer, so why not spend it drinking some iced tea with some good company. Tuna Chickpea Salad

This past weekend I took my bestie to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods! She had never been. I was shocked when I found this out because I love those places. Any health foodie loves Whole Foods, right? Take the time to meal prep

I stopped meal prepping when I was traveling a lot last fall because I wasn’t home. I stopped a lot of things and it made life a lot harder. It suddenly became easier to pick up something on the way home. Since Willie got into his cooking though, things have changed. I’m not just meal prepping by myself. I have a partner in the kitchen now. Willie and I discussed some changes we wanted in our lives and getting back to meal prepping was big deal.
