The fastest meal prep I’ve ever done

When I travel, it’s really hard to get the meal prepping done. Guess what? I’m going to be doing a lot of traveling for the rest of the year so I’m going to have to learn to perfect the system. Race Recap: Plano Balloon Festival Half Marathon

Blah week but the workouts are in review.

I must be honest. I haven’t been very motivated to workout this week. It’s kind of like I’ve been going through the motions. There have been some serious highlights but for the most part I’ve been stuck in the funk. On Monday, I returned to my workout roots and had a great time. How is everyone doing this week? How is your refrigerator feeling this week? It’s Thursday so our fridge is starting to empty out which got me thinking about some things I can’t get enough of lately. Happy Sunday everyone! It’s been a pretty uneventful weekend. We were supposed to go to Austin for the Fit Foodie thing but a lot of things got in the away so we had to cancel. That was a bummer because I wanted to meet Allison Sweeney. Instead, we continued on with our normal workouts.
