Week in Review #3 2020

Hello friends. This blog is late because I couldn’t bring myself to recap the week. To say this is a challenging time in the country would be an understatement. It’s sad to see people losing friendships and saying NASTY things to each over politics. We can co-exist without making that define them. Week in review #2 2020

Hello, friends. This week turned out to be a good week. We came back from a very long road trip on Monday, so we spent that day driving through all the southern states. The week was a bit more hectic because the week started a day late for me, so laundry, grocery shopping, and catching up on things took the week’s forefront. Is HelloFresh worth a try?

I wanted to do an honest review of HelloFresh to answer the question, “is HelloFresh worth it?” I received a free box by a friend referral, and I thought there was nothing to lose. My overall experience with HelloFresh is positive, but I want to dig into the details with a blog post. Price point: I received three meals of two servings each meal so I could have leftovers. What healthy living means to me

When I started my weight loss journey, I really didn’t know the world before me. The one thing I knew was we had to stop eating fast food for every meal and leave the sugary sodas on the shelf. Might we have also needed a bit more exercise? The jury was still out on that point. Quickly, I learned that people are health “know it alls”, and their way is always the best.
