I’m going to be doing several posts on meal prep over the coming weeks and I want to know what are your biggest questions on prepping meals. I want to help everyone master the meal prep because it’s such an important thing. You can work out all you want but if you’re not eating right, it won’t do any good.     It was a lazy new year’s day. After hanging out with friends in the morning, came back home to have a lazy New Year’s Day. It included a lot of watching of television.
