Motivation to get back on track

It’s the holidays and people seem to get off track during this time. For me, I’m dealing with a big event coming my way. My focus has just been getting something in my tummy and I’ve been GREAT for the most part. Not filled with useful information

Tips for getting your workouts done

I know I’ve talked about this before but I have a new perspective on this subject. Before working out was something that I wanted to do; I had no problems hitting the gym. Enjoy your Thanksgiving

It’s Thanksgiving week so that means family gatherings, football and lots of food. Enjoy your day and don’t sweat the small the stuff. This should be a day to celebrate and should be stress-free. Making the sugar-free cake

I posted last night on Facebook that I was making this Warm Winter Lemon Cake (click the words because they are a link; I just don’t know why it doesn’t light up.). I’ve made this cake before, I’ve just never done a sugar-free cake version. I know what the finished product is supposed to look like. I used a Pillsbury boxed yellow sugar-free cake and sugar-free Jello lemon pudding. I followed the directions just like they said and this is what I ended up with.
