Do you know the different between shoes? I see many people wearing the wrong shoes for different activities. That’s why I was so jazzed to get a pair of the Asics GEL-Fit Sanas. The GEL-Fit Sanas are an amazing training shoe for all those cross training activities in your life. The shoes are made of stretchable mesh.
The shoe retails for $80 and is available in different colors. There will be a color for everyone! The shoes I received were navy/white/hotpink!
The shoes are light and flexible. The shoe adapts to your foot to give a barefoot like feeling but it’s a truly well-supported shoe from toe to heel. I really enjoyed wearing them for my strength/weight sessions. I was in constant search of a well supported shoe that wasn’t so bulky and this ended up being the perfect shoe for me. I was really surprised, especially since it came in my size of 11.5.
I really loved how light the shoes are because it really felt like I wasn’t wearing any at some points. Plus, the shoes are really cute! Every girl loves a cute shoe, even when she’s working out. I usually don’t get the fashionable shoes because I end up wearing men’s shoes most times because my foot is so large. The GEL-Fit Sana will take you from the gym to out on the streets while still looking great!
I also took the shoes for a roll on the row machine, elliptical and a turn on the stationary bike. I don’t want you to think I’m pimping these shoes out for just weight lifting shoes because I did so much more in them. This is a versatile shoe for your cross training activities! The shoes just slip on and fit like a glove. There’s no weird rubbing to cause blisters or that too tight feeling. It really does feel like you’re barefoot. I can’t say that enough. These shoes are just that LIGHT!
I never would have thought about purchasing this shoe but that’s because I’m a little close-minded when it comes to shoes. BUT I am glad this shoe made it’s way into my workouts because it’s going to be my go-to shoe for my cross training workouts. I really don’t think it gets any better than a light, fashionable, support adaptable shoe. Give it a try!
