Happy Monday!  I hope everyone had a successful start to the week.  I just wanted to hop on and share my meal prepping and grocery shopping this week.  I may have gotten a little bit too ambitious with my meal prep this week or maybe I was just feeling a bit tired. Divulgence of kale & everything else I’ve been eating

I know kale is one of those things that is super healthy for us and we’re supposed to want to eat it.  I’ve done my fair share of talking about kale myself. I have to admit, I don’t like making kale.  I almost want to say that I don’t like kale but that wouldn’t be the truth.  I do like kale…when someone else prepares it. Lighter Chicken Salad Author: Angela Serves: 4-6 Love chicken salad, but don’t like all the fat from the mayo? Here’s a lighter version of Chicken Salad that is light all the way around except on flavor. FYI: I don’t cook with salt at all.
