I’m on a mission to lose my pregnancy weight.  I wish it would just roll off but it’s not. You may have noticed lately that I’ve been doing a lot of circuit training lately. Circuit training has become new favorite thing because this type of workout allows me to get a great workout in within a small amount of time.
