It’s Thanksgiving week so that means family gatherings, football and lots of food.  Enjoy your day and don’t sweat the small the stuff.  This should be a day to celebrate and should be stress-free. Hey all.  I hope things are going well with you you.  Me, I’ve been stressed.  There is just a lot of things going on and it’s just a lot to take in.  I have been uber stressed and running is the one way I know I can help ease the stress but I haven’t been able to do that. It’s coming on Christmas and there are tons of treats and foods in your face.  It’s impossible to escape.  You know I’m a big fan of moderation and deprivation.  If you deprive yourself of the things you want, you’ll probably end up binging on those foods later.  Enjoy them now with moderation and portion control. There still is a way to stay healthy and indulge over the holidays. I will indulge during the holidays but I’m ok with it because I am keeping active.
